Over one month has gone since I placed an order. Two thirds of it was delivered today, and I was told by the driver that the other third would be delivered tomorrow.
LBS never contacted me to explain why my delivery was taking so long. When I rang them up to ask what was happening about two weeks ago, I was told that one of the items was not in stock. It would have been good if they let me know this.
Great range of products and at good prices. A small number of the pots that I ordered were damaged during transit and I sent customer services an email in the evening who were very helpful and sorted it the next morning.

I am head gardener working in a private garden. I have ordered several items from LBS horticulture dealing with Rebecca mcphee there sales manager. Rebecca is very affecient in responding and is always happy to help. I would not hesitate in recommending LBS to anybody in the industry.
We placed an order towards the end of April for items that were in stock. Told there was 14 day delivery time, but phoned after three weeks to be told that is 14 working days delivery time, However, items finally arrived 17th June, 7 weeks after ordering. In horticulture, many items need to be used at the right time, and our items needed to be used in May, so it has been a waste of time and money, and will result in lost production for us.
I have never had a problems with LBS Hort. Always prompt delivery, great communications and competitive prices
Beth Bennet and other staff have been outstandingly helpful. Always courteous and ensure that when goods are available they get delivered in good time. I find LBS reliable and excellent.
I have had a number of dealings with Beth, the account manager, and have always found her to be helpful and communication is always prompt.
I needed additional technical information on a number of products, Beth managed to send much of this information to me later that afternoon.

Whenever I phoned LBS they were very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly
On one of my deliveries some of the trays were damaged in transit, but when I phoned LBS they replaced them very quickly.
I had taken photos of the damage so I had no problem.
So I would recommend LBS 100% as a very reliable company
They work in a very weird way, they dont reply to emails, they are not interested in dealing with problems they create and then lie about their inactions to try to cover up the moronic climate they work in. NEVER ! do business with lbs horticulture, the directors of this company do not deserve to retire with an asset!
Absolutely shocking customer service. Take orders for items not in stock then can’t tell you an even approximate delivery date. Customer services just treat you with contempt- like they’re doing you a huge favour. Actually just rude. They really couldn’t care less. So just do yourself a favour and order from elsewhere.
I placed an order on the 21st April, at the time the website gave "14 working days" as the estimated wait time for orders.
Before and after placing my order, I sent several emails asking about product availability and lead times and received no response whatsoever. It appears they don't even read their emails.
It's now the 14th May and my order has not been dispatched. I have called multiple times to ask why my order is delayed and when it will be sent, and repeatedly assured (falsely) that it will be sent "very soon". I demanded a refund for the delivery charge due to this failure and was initially refused - but they eventually refunded it after I made a formal complaint.
I will absolutely never consider ordering from LBS again, and strongly recommend others avoid them.
